To use the Service, you must:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Be authorized to represent your church or organization

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan
  • Understand that fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Authorize automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use

7. Service Availability

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

8. Accuracy and Limitations

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVESUNDAYAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiveSundayAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Dispute Resolution
